Fukuyama Says Putin's Economic Model Is 'Falling Apart'

Political scientist Francis Fukuyama says the energy-dependent economic model established by Russian President Vladimir Putin is 'falling apart'. In an interview with RFE/RL's Georgian Service, the author of the widely-read essay The End of History?, says the Russian leader's attempt to create an alternative to liberal democracy is doomed to fail.
